There is a first time for everything, and I finally got around to making my first baby blanket- Simple Waves. Being my first blanket design, it had to be something that didn’t take up too much time, relatively easy and aesthetically pleasing. A PDF of this pattern can be found here or here
The initial design didn’t turn out this way (all wavy), as it was just triangles of white on peach, so I unraveled two days of crocheting and started all over. Talk about frustrating, but I was so eager to see this blanket through to the end.
This design mimics the chevron stitch, but is actually basic tapestry crochet. It is so easy to master and customize and I have added all the notes for that.
I hope you have a great time making the Simple Waves baby blanket.
It’s ok if you sell items you made using LM patterns. And I’d really love it if you mentioned it was from LM.
And please, do not sell or mass produce LM patterns- (the only exception is if you are donating the handmade items to charity)
Thanks. You can read more on LM policy here.
