It seems as though my corner to corner crochet obsession is not going to diminish anytime soon. I can’t tell you right now how many ideas I’ve got swimming in my head. I cannot wait to bring them to life and share with you all.
I am so thankful to the creator of the C2C technique. It is just wonderful. If you are new to my patterns, you can check these few corner to corner crochet designs I have made.
And let me tell you, the C2C technique is not ‘hard’ to do. I just learnt it last December, 2018. So I am pretty certain you can learn it too. I encourage you to learn corner to corner crochet.

You will need less than 50 yards of each colour. I would advice splitting your yarn in two rather than carrying it along. However if you can manage carrying it along without the contrast colour poking through, then by all means do so.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
This C2C pattern uses the Half Double Crochet stitch. Also, start your project with Chain 4, HDC in 2nd chain from hook and in next 2 chains. You chain 4 to increase, and chain 1 after the slip stitch to make a new tile.
This C2C coaster is desgined to have minimal spacing in between tiles (except the edging), so you may find it a bit stiff to slip stitch into the chain 1 space especially if you are using the same yarn as with the pattern.
