I’ve never timed myself crocheting. Largely in part because it is rare for me to start and finish a project on the spot. I’ve got boys running around, hello!. And even when they’re asleep, I’m always working on something else, and because I’ve decided to take my health seriously this year, I try to rest at the approriate time and not crochet into the wee hours of the morning.
So, back to the timing (look at how I just trailed off. haha). I decided to time myself, even with distractions and the fact that I’m not such a fast crocheter, it came to about 23 minutes. So imagine if you took out time to crochet this with no distractions? You’d probably finish in half the time. Just saying!
With just two rounds, any beginner can make this baby headband. The flower pattern can be found here.

Thank you Rose….I still feel like I am missing something or doing something wrong.
When I join the beginning ch 57 , do I do it with slip st, and then ch 3?
And then When I sl st in top of Ch 2 at end of round 1,
I Then Ch 2, and put Bobble in Ch 1 Left from the ch 3 from beg ch in round 1?
I hope I explained myself correctly….I wish I could attach a pic so you could see what I’m talking about… anyway thank you again for your beautiful designs!

This is for the 25 minute headband
I feel like I’m missing something here Ch 57 Join to 1st chain- note that this 1st chain counts as a stitch
I Have 19 dc bobbles in row 1 and 20 on row 2
Rose says
Hi, could you check again to see whether you made an extra bobble somewhere on row 2? Your last bobble on row 2 should be between 2 bobbles before you chain 2 and join. Let me know if that works?
